Artist of decorative and applied art (art ceramics), member of the Union of Artists of Russia since 1978, Honored Artist of the Russian Federation since 2007.

Born April 15, 1939 in Vologda. Studied at the Leningrad Higher Art-Industrial School named after V. I. Mukhina (1966 - 1971) with V. F. Markova, S. S. First, O. A. Ivanova. V. I. Mukhina (1966 - 1971) under V. F. Markova, S. S. Pervaya, O. A. Ivanova. Permanently lives and works in Vologda since 1979. Headed the children's ceramics studio "Blue Bird".

The artist's works are exhibited at all-Russian, interregional, regional and international exhibitions. Personal exhibitions of works: Vologda (1978, 1984, 1992, 1995, 1999, 2009); Kirillov (1996, 2006); Ferapontovo (2005); Cherepovets (2010); Moscow (1992); Valkeakoski, Finland (1996); Budapest, Hungary (1997).

The artist's works are in the collections of the Vologda Regional Picture Gallery, Vologda Museum-Reserve, Kirillo-Belozersky Museum-Reserve, Cherepovets Museum Association, Kamchatka Regional Art Museum, in private collections in Russia and abroad.

The artist works in the field of artistic ceramics (material - clay, terracotta, chamotte, faience) on the production of dishes, floor vases, decorative plates, dishes, compositions (technique - molding, painting, firing); is engaged in monumental and decorative art (decorative panels, sculptural plates, decorative compositions).
