His designs were used to print postal greeting cards in the 1960-70s. He cooperated with the publishing house "Lenizdat"; author of political posters: "Lenin is always with us!" (1969), "Gaidar's Heroes are an example for us!" (1973), "May 1. Proletarians of all countries, unite!" (1973), "Glory to October!" (1975). V.Y. Lokotkov's circulation posters are in the State Museum of the History of St. Petersburg, the State Museum of the Political History of Russia, the Dmitrovsky Kremlin Museum-Reserve.
