artist, graphic designer, inventor of the USSR, member of the Union of Designers of Russia.
Born October 6, 1943. Graduated from the V.I. Mukhina LVCPU (A.L. Stieglitz St. Petersburg State Art and Design Institute) in 1976, among the very first group of graduate engineers who became certified artists and designers. Postgraduate studies at the Leningrad Institute of Prosthetics. Having started his activity as an artist-designer at the Textile Industry Design Bureau, he then moved to teaching work first at the Mukhina Leningrad Institute of Art and Design. In 1988, as an associate professor at the Faculty of Fine Arts at the Pedagogical University named after A.I. Herzen. A.I. Herzen Department of Design and Technology (Faculty: Faculty of Design), where always in the process of teaching enjoyed respect among teachers and unchanging love from students. Evgeny Mikhailovich Gvozdev is a supervisor of graduate qualification works, diploma works and master's theses. In accordance with the plan of the department took an active part in the experimental program "Design and Pedagogy", section decorative and applied art. He published more than 75 works of scientific and educational-methodical character on ergonomics, design, arts and crafts and advertising. Among them 12 certificates of authorship for invention and 13 certificates for industrial design. He is an inventor of the USSR, a member of the Union of Designers of Russia, was awarded a bronze medal of the All-Russian Exhibition of Creative Works of Teachers and Students of Pedagogical Universities and a diploma as a participant of the All-Russian Exhibition of Creative Works of Teachers and Students of Pedagogical Universities. He was also awarded the Badge of Honor of St. Tatiana for pedagogical success in creative training of students. Evgeny Mikhailovich draws attention to the sketches of his inventions - these are ideas of useful things for people with disabilities. Despite his own difficulties, the artist thinks about the benefit of others.
