Biography and information
I have loved to draw since childhood, watched as if mesmerized by the way street artists paint, memorized techniques. The art school was very far from home, and my parents did not dare to send me there. Many years passed, and the desire to draw has not gone anywhere, only strengthened. And now, in a rather difficult period in my life, after my divorce, I was finally able to devote time to doing something for my soul - I enrolled in Art School No. 1 in Tomsk.
After two years in an art school and having received a basic education, I did not stop - I began to immerse myself in the subject of art more and more deeply. For several years, I went to the school director's workshop on my own, asking a lot of questions.
Memories of that period - it's 40 degrees of frost outside, I'm walking in a scribbled fur coat, wrapped in a down scarf up to my eyes, I enter the studio, climb up the slippery frozen steps and plunge into the atmosphere of creativity and forget about everything in the world! I paint my pictures, create my bright worlds.
It is difficult to convey the sensations when you paint with oil - as if time stops, oil glides so easily on the canvas, multicolored paints mix, bright colors intertwine, and then something special is born.
I have also painted with watercolors and acrylics, but I like oil better! It's a kind of meditation for me - driving a brush or mastichin on the canvas.
All the paintings are special to me. They were painted at certain moments in my life and convey my state of mind. I guess that's why it's sometimes hard for me to part with them.
I was painting a picture one evening, and the mood was gloomy. I intended to paint something joyful, tried to add light colors, but still dark colors prevailed. When I finished the work I was surprised - how gloomy the picture turned out to be, despite all my efforts. In such a magical way the painting as a mirror conveyed my mood!
But most of the time I create in a light and sublime state. This can be seen in my paintings - I prefer bright, summer colors. I like to paint flowers, nature and seascapes. These subjects convey my inner world in the best possible way!
My works fit perfectly into any interior. I continue to explore new directions in interior painting, I use new materials, I learn from the best artists.
I also do fabric painting - on dresses, denim jackets and shoppers. But I love paintings on canvas more! Unlike a dress, which will be worn out and thrown away, you have painted a picture and can admire it forever. And it is an expression of the soul, mood, love for the world.
Currently I prefer to paint seascapes, butterflies and flowers. My dream is to sit on the seashore, look into the distance, drink warm coffee and paint yachts and ships.
