russian architect, engineer, teacher.
In 1902 he graduated from the Institute of Civil Engineers of Emperor Nicholas I and stayed on to teach there. He also taught at the Academy of Arts (since 1908), at the First Polytechnic Courses (1910s). Engineer (specialist in construction mechanics, heating, ventilation). Head of the construction department of the Commission for the construction of the city tramway (second stage).
