B. in St. Petersburg, approx. in 1856, In 1879, belonged to Peterburgski. mug stud. IV. Kamskogo. Arrested on 6 December. 1879 in St. Petersburg and on 9 Dec. T. G. administratively exiled to Oloneck. lips. under glass. supervision; placed in Kargopol. The petition was led. kN. Vladimir Alexandrovich, in February. 1880 he received permission to move to Petersburg for the end of education with the establishment of surveillance over him.
