Biography and information

Born in Yerevan.

Since 1950 He attended a drawing circle at the Palace of Pioneers of Yerevan. Children's works were exhibited in many countries of the world and won prizes and diplomas (for example, the Jawaharlar Nehru Prize in 1957 at the World Exhibition in Delhi).

1964 Graduated from the Art College. F.P. Terlemezyan

1969 Graduated from Yerevan State Art and Theater Institute

Since 1970 Lecturer at the Yerevan Art and Theater Institute

1974 Member of the Union of Artists of the USSR

1980 Laureate of the Komsomol Prize of Armenia for the best work of the year

1981 - 1984 Chief artist of the Art Fund of Armenia

1982 - 1987 Member of the Board of the Union of Artists of Armenia

1982 - 1988 Member of the Commission of Decorative Arts and Design of the Union of Artists of the USSR

1982 Diploma of the Union of Artists of the USSR for the best work of the year

1983 - 1987 Member of the Board of the Union of Artists of the USSR

1983 - 1988 Member of the Board of the Committee for the Support of Young Artists of the USSR
