Born in Kyzyl-Orda oblast. In 1961 he graduated from the Almaty art College. Laureate of Lenin Komsomol of Kazakhstan.
The main works. "Happiness", "Young Kazakhs" (1968), "Portrait of Anuar Alimzhanov", "portrait of a shepherd" (1970), "the Girl at the tent," "Portrait of collective farmers",a series of works dedicated to architectural monuments of medieval Khiva (1975).
