Muralist, art historian, poet. Brother G. Anrep. He graduated from Uch-school of law (1906). In 1908 he engaged in painting, went to Paris. In 1915-16 officer in the Russian army, participant of the 1st World war. From 1917 he lived in exile. The author of the mosaic wall panels and ceilings in some buildings in London and Paris, widely known. Wrote poetry in Russian and English lang. In the 1910's, a close friend of Anna Akhmatova.
