1915, d. Norino Telemessage district Vyatka lips. In 1995, Berezovsky, Sverdlovsk region.

Naïve painter, graphic artist and sculptor.

Born in a large peasant family of old believers.

With 13 years worked as a milkmaid on a dairy farm on the farm.

Since the 1930s lived in the Urals in the town of Berezovsky, Sverdlovsk region.

He finished four classes of the educational program. Worked as kinokarera, assistant Blaster at the mine, a laundress, a fireman, and over 20 years worked at Berezovskaya carpet factory. After his retirement, working as a watchman, began to mould clay toys, pots, salt shakers, and then the figures of monks, saints, elders.

Since 1976 began to write tempera.

Main exhibitions:

1990 all-Russia Museum of decorative, applied and folk art, Moscow;

1992 municipal hall "Ostozhenka, 16", Moscow;

2001 Moscow, Vologda Museum-reserve;

2003 solo exhibition, Moscow state Museum of naïve art;

2006 State historical-artistic and literary Museum-reserve "Abramtsevo".

Works are in the Moscow state Museum of naïve art, national centre for
