Babi Badalov is one of the most famous artists of Saint-Petersburg in 1990-ies. Not only paintings, but objects, performances, and especially collage, is surprisingly poetic combining word and image, is a proprietary technique Babi. After ten years in an environment of St.-Petersburg artists (Timur Novikov, Vadim Ovchinnikov, Vladislav Ovchinnikov) Babi went to Baku, and then in Cardiff (UK). Babi participated in numerous exhibitions in various museums around the world. Exhibited in galleries in Baku, Hamburg, Berlin, Budapest, Amsterdam. For three years he lived and worked in the United States, exhibited in new York. Now lives in the UK.
