From 1966 to 1971 he worked as chief artist Control the art industry of the Ministry of local industry of the BSSR, from 1971 to 1980 — the chief artist of the Art Fund of the BSSR.
From 1989 to 1992 — senior lecturer, from 1992 to 1999 — Dean, associate Professor of art faculty of the Belarusian Academy of arts.
Since 1999 — Deputy Chairman, and from 2001 to 2007, Chairman of the Belarusian Union of artists.
