Painter, graphic artist. He studied at the Odessa Institute Fig. art (1918-1924) and in Leningrad. VHUTEINe (1923-27, K. Petrov-Vodkin). From 1931 the participant of exhibitions. Lived and worked in Moscow. Portraits (including "Pioneer", 1930; "Portrait", 1942 and 1947), landscapes (including "Willow", 1932; "Kiev", 1946), still lifes (including "Autumn bouquet", 1936; "the Daisies on the window", 1952), etc..
