Born in 1957 in Minsk. In 1983 he graduated from the Higher art-industrial school im. V. I. Mukhina (Saint-Petersburg art-Industrial Academy), Department of design

Since 1985, actively participating in the artistic life of the city

Participated in more than 100 exhibitions in Russia and abroad

In 2003, in the framework of the project "Master-class" in St. Petersburg under the direction of M. B. Piotrovsky, A. Belle was awarded the title of "Master"

In 2005 participated in the biggest charity art events of the world "cow Parade", held under the auspices of the auction house "Sotheby's"

In 2007 he participated in a charity auction in St. Petersburg Fund "Mercy" in support of sick children in Russia

In 2007, for achievements in the field of culture and art of Andrei Belle by presidential decree he was awarded the medal of the order "For merits before Fatherland" II degree
