Born in 1957 in Minsk. In 1983 he graduated from the Higher art-industrial school im. V. I. Mukhina (Saint-Petersburg art-Industrial Academy), Department of design
Since 1985, actively participating in the artistic life of the city

In 2003, in the framework of the project "Master-class" in St. Petersburg under the direction of M. B. Piotrovsky, A. Belle was awarded the title of "Master"
