Alekseevich Bichter

Born in 1951 in Leningrad. While in high school, he attended the art Studio of Palace of pioneers, led by S. D. Levin.

In 1972 he graduated from the Institute of culture. N. To. Krupskaya. After service in army worked as TravelSIM clichés in zincographs the shop printing them. Ivan Fedorov.

In 1981 he graduated from Leningrad higher art-industrial school im. V. I. Mukhina, majoring in "art design". After graduation worked as a designer at the factory "Plastpribor". By this time, the rapprochement with Alexander Manusov. Since 1983 – member of TEII (Association of Experimental Fine Arts) and a permanent member of its exhibitions.

From 1987 to 1992 headed the art Studio at the youth club Smena.

Since 1994 – member of Union of artists of Russia.
