Biography and information
He was born in 1837 in the village Bakhmetyev Tula province.
An auditor student at the Academy of fine Arts from 1854 to 1865, he Received medals: in 1858-2 silver; 1861-1 and 2 silver; 1862-1 silver. In 1864, on the academic exhibition was his painting "mercury lulling Argus". The title of class artist of 3 degrees received in 1865; 2nd degree-in 1868; 1 degree in 1870 the Painter of the portrait. (Kondakov)
