Studied with his father, a famous Moscow artist A. F. Buch. In 1974 he graduated from drawing classes at MGHI them. V. I. Surikov. A member of the artists Union of the USSR (Ministry of agriculture) since 1982 Since 1975 he has participated in exhibitions in Russia and abroad (Switzerland, USA, etc.). Awarded with diplomas of the Ministry of agriculture (1980 and 2000), CX MDI MA (2002). Working in the field of monumental and decorative art primarily in the mosaic technique. Author of several works of ecclesiastical and secular buildings. Easel works are in museums and private collections in Russia, USA, France, Switzerland, and Japan. Represented in the directory CX MDI MOA, 2008.
