A. E. Vlasov was born in Bogorodsk Moscow province. The artist's work covers a 30-90-ies of the twentieth century. Studied at school of memory of 1905 in the Studio of Professor G. Fedorov. His teachers were also V. Baksheev, N. Krymov. In 1939 entered the Moscow art Institute. Surikova. He studied in the Studio of Professor Kramarenko. In 1945 became member of the USSR Union. Worked in a realistic manner in different genres.
Since 1945, the artist was an active participant in all-Union, Republican, zone exhibitions. In the 1950s, to the Kazan station an order has been executed – large (4x6) painting "Moscow order of Lenin University", decorating the station for 40 years and distributed in the form of postcards.
During the life of the artist has held ten personal exhibitions. Since 1990, A. E. Vlasova exhibited in the United States, England, France, and participated in auction sales in England and France.
The artist's works are represented in many museums around the country, entered the private collections of USA, England and France.
