Biography and information
Son of the drawing apprentice. In 1767 he was admitted to the Academy of fine Arts. In 1782, and graduated with the rank of class XIV, 1 gold medal and sent abroad. In 1806, - "assigned"; in 1808, for the painting "Epiphany" the title of academician. Painter historical. (Kondakov)
