Grigory Gavrylenko was a graphic artist, member of the Union of Artists of the USSR.
He was born on 7 July 1927 in the Kholopkove village, now Peremoha, Sumy Oblast, Ukraine. In 1955, he graduated from the graphic faculty of the Kyiv State Art Institute (studio of Illarion Pleshchinsky). He lived and worked in Kyiv, where he died on 23 February 1984. The artist worked in the field of easel and book graphics, and painting.
