Biography and information

Was born in Dnepropetrovsk, graduated in 1940, Minsk Institute of architecture. In 1941, a volunteer went to the front. He served on the Ladoga ice road engineer transport. After the war he lived in Riga. The Museum-diorama of the archive is stored S. A. Gehlberg, consisting of two parts - documentary and fine. Is notebooks, letters, maps, and diagrams detailing the military life of the legendary Road of Life, as well as numerous sketches from nature.
