In 1968 he graduated from art-graphic faculty of the Moscow State pedagogical Institute where he studied painting at the Academy of arts. artist of Russia A. P. Surovtsev Joined the Union of artists in 1982 From 1962 the group participates in city and national art exhibitions. Solo exhibitions were held in Moscow and abroad: in Poland, France, Belgium, Yugoslavia. Since 1968, he has taught painting, drawing and composition in Children's art school №1 im. Serova. Since 2000 is the Director of the art school №1 im. Serova. Works are in private collections in Russia, England, France, Japan, Greece, Yugoslavia, the USA and other countries.
