Member of USSR Union of artists since 1977

Born in the district center of Bobrovitsa of Chernihiv region.

In 1965 he graduated from the Kiev College of applied arts, specialty techniques of artistic design (design).

Participant of city, regional, all-Union and international exhibitions.

In 1974-1985 he was a chief artist of the city of Surgut

In 1986 he was elected member of the Presidium of the Soviet Fund of culture of the Tyumen region.

Since 1997 - Director of the THROES of the art Studio "RAKURS".

In 2003 awarded the title "Honored worker of culture of Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous district".

In 2004 he was awarded a medal "For merits before the city of Surgut".
