In 1819 he entered the Academy of fine arts. Received medals: in 1827 – 2 silver; in 1830 – 1 silver and in the same year and graduated with a diploma of 1 degree and a sword. Was left at the Academy of fine arts for improvement. In 1833, dismissed from the Academy.
