Painter. Member of the Union of artists of the USSR.
Studied in Latvian State Academy of arts (1964 – 67) and one of the significant teachers were K. Ubans.
In exhibitions, the artist participated since 1967. Personal exhibitions are organized in Kuldiga (1970), Jurmala (1978), Riga (1978, 1981, 1983, 1991), Mazirbe, Cesis, Tukums, Smiltene, Dundaga (1983), Valmiera (1985), Bauska (1989).
1975 B. Delle is a member of the Union of artists.
