Father A. L. Demina. Studied at the Fedoskino art miniature painting vocational school (1947-50), Moscow secondary art school (1951-56) at V. V. Leonovich, MVHPU (b. Stroganov).

Artist SHPM (1957-92). Member of the artists Union (1960).

Works in genres of landscape, still life, portrait. The author of a series of psychological images of his contemporaries. Performed works: "Soldier's song" (1956), "the Alley" (1957), "Portrait of S. K. Makarova" (1959), "dacha", "Portrait of wife" (both 1961), "portrait of a girl" (1964), "Motherhood" (1965), "Portrait of my mother" (1967), "Skiers" (1966-68), "Portrait of a circus performer," "Portrait of mother" (both 1969), "Pivo" (1970-80), "APR. The snow is melting", "portrait", "the Thaw," "Portrait of mother", "After work", "Portrait of a Forester" (1974), "Portrait of the journalist A. Babin" (1978), "Zagorsk winter", "Winter evening", "May. Birch, Autumn. Landscape with the artist", "Late autumn" (1989), "Portrait of the poet A. F. chikova" (1992), "Flower market" (1995), "Summer evening. Laurel" (1999), "the Road to the Abbey" (2000), "Summer evening. Sergiyev Posad", "After the evening service" (both 2002), "Listopad", "Kuchenka" (both 2004).
