Honored artist of Ukraine (1951). B. 27 cnwra 1904 at the station Debaltsevo, Donetsk region, now — the mind. March 12, 1961 in Kharkiv. Graduated from Kharkiv art Institute (1922-29), where he studied with I. Padalka, O. Marenkova, S. Prokhorov. A member HO UAU from 1938. The participant of Republican, all-Union and international exhibitions since 1927. Personal exhibitions: Kharkiv — 1940, 1958; Kiev - 1958; Chuguev (Kharkiv region) -1959. Taught at Kharkiv art College (1931-33).
