Born in 1946 in Leningrad. Painter. Honored artist of Russia .

He graduated from the secondary art school at the Institute. I. E. Repin (1965), the Institute of painting, sculpture and architecture. I. E. Repin Academy of arts of the USSR (1971) in the Studio of Professor E. E. Moiseenko.

Since 1973 - member of the artists Union. Since 2003 directs a personal workshop at the Institute of painting, sculpture and architecture. Professor. Constant participant of exhibitions.

Works are in museums of St.-Petersburg, Saratov, Bryansk, Tomsk, Arkhangelsk and other cities of Russia and in private collections in England, France, USA, Czech Republic, Germany and Sweden.
