He was born in Odessa. Participant of art exhibitions in Odessa in 1918 and 1919. In the 1920s he created a series of propaganda posters, in 1941, performed a series of satirical posters. He worked for satirical magazines "round-up", "Red wasp", etc. Created friendly caricatures of movie actors. Killed during the occupation of Odessa by German troops.
