Education received from recognized masters of art such as K.A. Korovin, A.E. Arkhipov and V.A. Serov, honed the artist’s skill, and interest in the work of the Impressionists allowed to bring fresh and original notes to his style. The talent of the painter became the driving force that raised Gerasimov to the highest steps of the career ladder.
