Biography and information

Painter. Born in 1908 in the city of Kungur of the Perm region in the family of a teacher.

From 1923 to 1927 he studied at the Yekaterinburg art College, which was preparing qualified painters-sculptors (supervisors V. A. Sinaisky and E. O. Mashkevich). Working at the factory "Russian gems", Zinov showed himself a master who is familiar with the properties of the Ural stone. His models had done many goods for export.

From 1932 to 1936 working in the field of graphics in the newspaper "Ural worker". Here he created a series of posters, portraits of leading men, truthfully revealing images of the Ural workers.

The main graphic and pictorial work of the artist is man, in the most diverse States in the most various manifestations of their feelings.

Since 1932 - member of the Union of artists of Russia.

He worked in a Small Source in conjunction with I. K. and L. V. Slusareva Turzanski.

Participant of city, regional, zonal, Republican, all-Union exhibitions.

Paintings are included in collections of museums are in private collections in Russia and abroad.
