1890 Born in Kovno province.

1906 Studied at the evening drawing courses at Central school of technical drawing of Baron Alexander Stieglitz,

1907 - 1908 - in the Drawing school of the Society for the encouragement of arts,

1910 - 1912 - (under the name of kissel) at the Central school of technical drawing of Baron Alexander Stieglitz from the J. Belsen, V. Savino and

1913 - 1916 (under the name Kisseliov) in the Saint - Petersburg Imperial Academy of arts.

1908 - 1910 was a revolutionary.

Participant in the October revolution and the civil war; played the posters on the themes of revolution and civil war.

1919 - 1920 - the artist Train Perevolotskaya Trotsky.

From 1922 member of the Association of artists of revolutionary Russia (AHRR), one of its organizers. In the early 1920s he taught at the Central Studio AHRR.

1922 - 1924 - worked as Asst. Manager of Revvoensoveta.

1927 - 1928 Professor of the higher art and technical Institute in Leningrad.

Worked Petrograd-Leningrad-Moscow.

1930 - excluded from AHR.

1937 - arrested.

1940 - he died in a camp in Vladivostok.
