Biography and information
Painter. Member of the Union of artists of the USSR.
Born may 6, 1927 he Served in the North and the black sea fleet. He studied at the art school "Memory of 1905" (Moscow). He graduated from the Art Institute. Surikova. Works in painting, drawing. Favorite genres: a life-size portrait-painting, landscape. Member of the Association of painters MOA since 1964.
Solo exhibitions: may 2003 – Kirov; may 2005 – Moscow. They were presented by the gallery of images of our famous countrymen, written by the artist, including portraits of poets and writers - A. S. Pushkin, S. A. Yesenin, Dostoevsky, Lermontov, singer Fyodor Chaliapin; a brilliant Russian artists M. Vrubel, V. I. Surikov; outstanding personalities of Russia – Peter I. Works are in private collections of Amateurs of the contemporary art in Russia and abroad. Lives and works in Moscow. Most works in the genre of the growth of portrait paintings made with the use of invented Y. A. Knyazev "Cross-Ieroglif-Sign" method.
