Honored art worker of the RSFSR (1958). Associate Professor. Graduated from Kharkiv art. in-t (1934). From 1936, he worked in the t-d, 1940, CH. artist Mosk. Chamber t-RA, from 1949 Mosk. t-RA im.Pushkin. Later he designed productions in Moscow. t-re im.Mayakovsky (sovm. V. Krivosheina).
