Was born in Moscow. In 1966 – 1971 studied in the art faculty of the Moscow polygraphic Institute. He created hundreds of works in the technique of black-and-white and color graphics. Vladimir Komarov - the initiator of creation of the creative team that worked on the theme of "Russian North", one of the organizers of this direction. Member of the Union of artists of Russia.
