Painter. B. in June 1883 in the village of ol'shanka, now in Kursk oblast Graduated from the Penza art school (1906), St. Petersburg Academy of arts (1906-10). A member of Voronezh regional Association of artists (1935-41), a member of the HO CFS (left in 1946). Participant of exhibitions. He taught at various educational institutions (1910-34), the Voronezh art school (1938-40).
