Born in 1945 in the village of Gorohov, Yaroslavl Region.

In 1977 he graduated from the Leningrad Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture. I.E. Repin.

Since 1978, he has participated in more than two hundred exhibitions in Russia and abroad.

Since 1983, member of the Union of Artists of Russia.

Member of the National Association of Artists of Italy.

Member of the St. Petersburg Academy of Modern Art.

A member of AICA.
