Born in 1944 in Tbilisi in the family of filmmakers. He graduated from the Moscow art. school "Memory 1905". Graduated from Moscow GOV't. khudozh. Institute. V. I. Surikov, faculty of painting, Studio of Professor DK Mochalskogo. A member of the artists Union since 1977, was Awarded the medal of the USSR Academy of arts. A constant participant of Moscow, Republican, all-Union and foreign (Germany, Bulgaria, Italy, Greece) exhibitions. Works in easel painting.
