Was born 1956. year in Riga.

1974. – graduated from Art school named after Rosenthal.

1982. The Academy of Arts of Latvia, Department of Pedagogy (1982.) with diploma work "Near Daugava", under the leadership of Yasser Semitic.

"In my works I want to show a light painting which has its own spirit. There are so many heavy, the finished painting and I want something on the lighter, unfinished. If no professional no point - anything more than that will."
