Painter. Member of the Union of artists of the USSR.

Corresponding member of the Russian Academy of arts, Honored artist of the RSFSR, member of the Union of artists (1956).

He studied at the art vocational school at Dulevo porcelain factory, at the same time he finished an evening school school. He continued his education at the faculty of monumental painting the highest art-industrial school named after Vera Mukhina, where he graduated in 1956.

Painting G. S. Myznikov, a variety of content (heroic and revolutionary "Strike," "may day", "Revolution", genre — "Rustic beauty", "the child in the crib, "the Artist and the model"), acquired by the Tretyakov gallery, are in the collections of museums, exhibitions, owned by the Ministry of culture, the Directorate of exhibitions of the Union of artists of Russia, in private collections.
