Birth: Russia, 17.4.1929

Victor Neganov - Soviet and Russian artist, author of landscapes, genre paintings, still lifes, and portraits. Born April 17, 1929.Since 1956 the participant of regional, all-Union, Republican, zonal and international exhibitions (Hungary - 1971, Mongolia - 1974, USA - 1978, etc.).
Victor lived in Kemerovo, Temir-Tau, where he graduated from the factory school, worked construction at the plant. From 1951 Nayanov in Penza. He studied at Penza art school (195156) at A. G. Vavilina, A. V. Severin, J. K. Bardusova. Thesis service Mesoplasty.

Major works: Ice has gone (1957), the Settlers (1960), Old penzentsy. Portrait of parents (1964), the harvest (1970), a Portrait of the soloist of the collective chorus of M. Nematinae (197274), Willow (1974), Morning on the lake (1976), Poems (1978), August (1984), the Sun is over the city (198689), Summer evening (1989), the Spring gaps (198891) and the other in Penza picture gallery, Emelyan Pugachev (1993). The coloring of these canvases is built on subtle color relationships, reflecting barely distinguishable state of nature.
Many times he was the head groups of artists to the creative cottages Hot key, Academic. Solo exhibition in Penza (1979, 1996) and in Moscow (1981).
