Creates surrealistic compositions that are distinguished by the underlined graphic quality of the image and the complex color range.

Participant in a number of exhibitions (since 1974), including: IV All-Union Exhibition of Watercolors (M., 1975), All-Union Exhibition "Youth of the Country" (M., 1976), All-Union Exhibition "Young Guard of the Country of Soviets" (M., 1978) , the third zone art exhibition "Moscow Region" (M., 1990), the 6th biennale of plastic and visual arts of the canton of Jura - SPSAS-JURA (Switzerland, 1993), group exhibitions (M., 1991-2002), "Autumn Salon" (Sergiev Posad, 1995, 1996, 2000, 2002), “Artists of Sergiev Posad” (M., 2004), “Other Art” (Sergiev Posad, 2004).
Exhibitions of P.'s works took place in 1979 (together with VZ Artyomov, EG Zakharov), 1998 (Sergiev Posad), 1991 (Gallery “Exhibition Space”, USA), 1998.
His works are kept in the Serpukhov Art Museum, in private collections in Russia, the USA, Finland, Austria.
He was awarded the Diploma of the Academy of Arts of the USSR (1978), the Central Committee of the Komsomol and the USSR Union of Artists.
