Born in Moscow in the family of the artist.
In 1941 he graduated from the MOSS of memory of 1905, where he studied with the father - the P. I. Petrovicheva, A. N. Chirkov, N. I.Belyanina, enrolled in MGHI them. V. I. Surikov, where he studied of Alexander Osmerkin.
Since 1959, a member of the Union of artists of the USSR.
Since 1993 – member of International art Fund.
In 1954 he participated in Moscow, Republican, Union and foreign exhibitions.
Solo exhibitions – in 1980 and 2002.
Work are 30 museums in Russia and abroad, as well as in private collections.
