Honored artist of Russia. B. in D. lower lake Schigrovskogo district. He graduated from the Kursk art and graphic College in 1957 and the Kharkov art Institute in 1963. He studied at Constantinople, A. M., S. F. Besedin. Member of the Union of artists of Russia since 1968. Party-Union, Republican, zonal, regional, and foreign exhibitions. Solo exhibitions: 1968, 1978, 1988 (Kursk), 1991, 1992, 1994, 1995, 1996 ( Speyer, Germany).

Major works: "the gas Station" (1967), "Village construction" (1967), "the Mist" (1968), "Collective farm" (1969), "Spring" (1970), "Spring in village" (1977), "Land of black earth", "Labor days" (1980), "the cordon" (1984), "Angara" (1996).

Awarded by the diploma of arts of the USSR. The works of R. are in the Kursk regional art gallery named after A. A. Deineka, the Directorate of exhibitions of the artists Union of Russia, in private galleries and collections in Germany, France, South Africa, Canada, USA, Japan, and South Korea.
