People's artist of Russia, laureate of the state prize named after I. Repin, member-correspondent of Academy of arts, Honorary citizen of Tambov city. The most famous works of E. V. Ryabinsky: "Tambov Spring", "Spring CNA", "Birch juice", "Cherry blossoms", "Summer night", "Rest youth collective", "Everyday rural", "Morning", "rain", "Youth", "Last snow". Born in the village Algasovo Morshansk district of the Tambov region.

In 1951 he graduated from the Moscow State Art Institute. V. I. Surikov in the workshop
