Honored artist of the RSFSR,one of the leading artists of Krasnoyarsk. Member of the Union of artists of the USSR. After graduating in South Yeniseisk high school, Randel came in 1939 in Omsk art College. During the war, he leaves his studies and went to her parents to the North. He teaches painting at the school and then goes to a geological party technician-surveyor. In his backpack was always paint, pencil, paper, lots of sketches and watercolor sketches. Their work, Randel brought to Krasnoyarsk after the war. He showed them at the eighth regional art exhibition в1946 year. It was a small, oil-painted sketches: "October in the forest", "River Dry pit", "valley Wangala", "Hunting cabin", "Ust-Pascoe" other motives places where the artist had to go with a geological party. In 1947, Rannel involved in inter-regional art exhibition in Novosibirsk, dedicated to the 30th anniversary of October. His landscapes "a Morning at the reserve", "kopev mane", "Hunting cabin". He goes to Igarka, in the lower reaches of the Yenisei river, Sayan, Tuva, and later in Khakassia, Kuznetsk Alatau, on the Taimyr Peninsula. As a result of these trips, the artist accumulated a wealth of material that gave the opportunity to create some large canvases. The mighty Siberian river Yenisei conquered many artists of Krasnoyarsk endless expanse of their vast, majestic beauty of the coast, the rapid pace of the mighty currents. So Ryannel wrote several works devoted to the Yenisei river: "the river Yenisei. White night", "Enisey. The rising of the moon", "Yenisei. The Threshold Is The Dar-Uzhur", "Enisey. Kazachinsky threshold, Yenisei at the Kureyka". Since 1966, the exhibitions began to appear Rannala work, which reflected the conversion characteristic of our reality. Currently, Toivo V. lives in Helsinki. But in Krasnoyarsk, where he lived and worked from 1946 to 1995, he is remembered, loved, and gladly meet with the artist and his works during exhibitions.
