Winner of the Stalin prize. In 1935-1937 he studied at the Moscow architectural Institute and in 1938 he enrolled in MGHI them. V. I. Surikov, where he studied with A. Lentulov, P. Pokarzhevsky. Since 1947 he took an active part in exhibitions.
