Honored. deyat. arts of the RSFSR (1963). Nar. artist of the RSFSR (1971), corresponding member Q. Academy of arts of the USSR (1958). He graduated from the Leningrad HUD. Uch-school (1937). He lived in Arkhangelsk. Participant of exhibitions: mountains., region, region. "The Soviet North" (Arkhangelsk, 1964; Kirov, 1967; Petrozavodsk, 1969), "Artists of Arkhangelsk" (Moscow, Leningrad, 1976), vseros. "Image Of Homeland" (Kirov, 2002). Personal exhibition (Moscow, 1962).

Work with – in the Tretyakov gallery, the Arkhangelsk region Museum Fig. arts, the Directorate of exhibitions of the photography. Fund of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of culture of Russia, gallery "New masters" (Dresden).
