Born in 1936 in Moscow. In 1952-1957 he studied at the Moscow art school "Memory 1905". From 1958 to 1964, was educated at the all-Union state Institute of cinematography at the faculty of arts. Worked in the field of animation, put two cartoon. Since 1966 a member of the Moscow Union of artists. Participant of many Moscow, Republican and foreign exhibitions.
In 1998, was a personal exhibition in the gallery "Interkolor" in Moscow.
Work N.N. Svobodova are the property of the Union of artists, in art museums of Yaroslavl and Tula, as well as in private collections in Russia and abroad.
