Biography and information

Painter. Member of the Union of artists of the USSR.

In 1928-1931, he attended courses AHRR (Association of artists of revolutionary Russia), where he received his first artistic training under the guidance of I. I. Mashkov.

In 1933-1936 he studied at the Moscow polygraphic Institute, Department of graphics, then at the Moscow State Institute. V. I. Surikov, which he graduated with honors in 1942 by Alexander Osmerkin (diploma work "From home").

In 1942, he joined the Union of Artists of the USSR. In 1987 he was elected an honorary member of the famous Association of artists "Moskvorechie" (Moscow).

Personal exhibition of Nikolay Sergeev was held in Moscow (twice in 1990, 1998, 2001, 2003) and in Converge (Germany, 1992).
